1. Geographic Shipping Scope
We specialize in serving the United States market. Currently, we only ship to the 50 U.S. states. We do not provide international shipping to other countries or U.S. territories (APO/FPO/DPO addresses) at this time. This focus allows us to maintain consistent delivery standards and reliable tracking for our domestic customers.
2. Shipping Costs & Fees
Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders.
Minimum Purchase: No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.
Taxes & Duties: For domestic U.S. orders, all prices displayed on our website include applicable shipping fees. Sales tax (if applicable) will be clearly calculated and shown at the final checkout page before payment.
3. Order Processing & Handling Time
Before an order is shipped, it undergoes a meticulous processing phase:
Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Process Includes: Payment verification, quality control, sorting, and professional packaging.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
4. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates
To maintain our Free Shipping model and provide competitive pricing, we utilize a global supply chain. This means your products are dispatched directly from our international fulfillment centers.
Total Estimated Delivery Window: 7-14 business days.
Please note that these are estimated windows. While 95% of our orders arrive within this timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, carrier bottlenecks, or federal holidays.
5. Order Tracking & Notifications
We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way:
Order Confirmation: Immediately after placing an order, you will receive an email.
Shipment Confirmation: Once your package leaves the warehouse, we will send an email containing your Tracking Number and a link to the carrier’s website.
Tracking Updates: Please allow 2–5 days for the initial tracking data to appear in the carrier's system after receiving your confirmation email.
6. Delivery Address Requirements
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
We cannot redirect orders once they are in transit.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
Your investment is safe with us.
Lost in Transit: If your package has not been delivered within 25 business days, please contact us. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier.
Damaged on Arrival: If your product arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact us at support@cachupo.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
8. Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest delivery possible. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
